Cowboy Kid

''Cowboy Kid'' is a video game for the NES inspired by Konami's ''Ganbare Goemon'' series. It was first released in Japan in 1991 as by Visco. In January it was published in North America by Romstar.
==Gameplay==

The player controls a young gunslinger who travels the land fighting villains and playing mini-games. (In 2-player games, a second player controls his Indian companion.) The main gameplay involves you moving around the towns horizontally collecting gold by hitting chests while killing the bad guys at the same time. There is also an RPG element where people have to be visited in towns for information. Once a player has acquired the required gear to be made sheriff, an outlaw must be killed for bonus money. A shooting range is included where players have to shoot down enemy targets while avoiding the targets that represent innocent bystanders.
Bad guys include the Wild Wold Chief, Slash Joe, Billy Morgan, the Mad Brothers, Master Keith Hawk and the Scorpion Master.
Player can use five different weapons in order to defeat the enemies.
